Shipping Policy
We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–9 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/sms/whatsaap. Delivery delays due to courier or unforeseen issues are not in our control.
Returns / Refund Policy
As a small business, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure to check product details carefully before placing your order.
Missing / Damaged / Lost Products
If you receive a missing, damaged, or lost product, we will help you with a replacement only after verification.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide a proper continuous unboxing video.
How to record the unboxing video:
* Start recording before opening the parcel
* Show the outer package clearly with shipping label and tracking (AWB) visible
* Open the parcel in the same continuous video (no cuts or pauses)
* Show all items clearly after opening
* Show the issue (missing or damaged item) clearly in the same video
⚠️ Edited, paused, or pre-opened parcel videos will not be accepted.
Replacement Rules
* Replacement is provided only after verification of the issue
* For missing items, we will resend the product (if available) or provide a suitable solution
* For damaged products, we will offer a replacement
* Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
* Damage after delivery (use, wash, or handling) is not covered
